The most distinctive architectural feature of the house is the graceful post and beam rafter detail that greets von on the front porch and continues through the great room onto the deck. The house is approximately 3,621 sq. ft. with an attached two car garage and over 1350 sq ft. of deck overlooking the mountains that border the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The elevation of the main floor is just over 4300 ft. above sea level.

The main or upper floor features hardwood floors in the great room, dining area, kitchen, powder room, laundry room and pantry. Pine beams accent the ceilings in the kitchen and master bedroom. The great room has a Canadian white pine ceiling above the post and beam rafters. The ceiling height is 10 ft throughout the house, except in the vaulted

The flooring is carpet and decorative beams accent the ceiling. The closet is a large walk-in. One of the guest rooms is a second master opening onto tile deck. The bath has two separate vanities, a tile and glass shower, tile flooring and separate water closet. There is also a walk-in closet. The second guest room has a bath that can be closed off to he in- suite or opened to serve the family room. Guest bedrooms are carpeted.

The mechanical area is along the hall that leads to a lower parking area which is much larger than you will find at most mountain homes. It should accommodate 3 cars.
